Comunità Militante RAIDO (Militant Community RAIDO, MCR) is a neo-fascist organization based in Rome. Founded in April 1995, during Italy's tumultuous transition between the country's so-called First and Second Republics (1992-95), MCR is centered on the values of what they refer to as the "triad of Tradition": "Tradition - Training - Revolution" (N/Da). Training, MCR's website explains, "is the constant work that every member…undertakes on themselves; it is [about] embodying and actualizing the Principles of Tradition by rejecting one's individualism." Therefore, they continue, "Raido is a school of Training, in the light of Tradition, for the Revolution" (N/Dc).

In forming its ideological program, MCR drew heavily upon both the policies and programs of interwar Italian Fascism and various other twentieth-century far-right movements, organizations, and dictatorships, including the writings of Corneliu Zelea Codreanu, the founder of Romania's Legion of the Archangel Michael (AKA the Iron Guard), and the writings of various South/East Asian spiritual traditions, including Hinduism.

In addition to sponsoring various "militant training groups," boxing and combat sports competitions, and hiking excursions for its members, MCR hosts its own "cutting-edge" bookstore, the so-called Cinabro Bookstore (N/Db), as well as various neo-fascist musical groups, such as Imperium and The Old Section.

MCR's symbol, an upright bow and arrow, was purportedly inspired by a well-known passage in the Markandeya Purana, an ancient Sanskrit spiritual text, which states: "Life as a bow, the soul as an arrow, the Absolute Spirit as the target to be pierced."
